REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being exchanged.

A product can only be replaced with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with a higher price, we ask you to return the initial order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on our website are sent from our warehouse in Singapore and Vietnam Fulfillment Centers.

SHIPPING DESTINATION

We ship to the majority of countries worldwide and offer different shipping options with DHL /FedEx/UPS/USPS.

SHIPPING MODE

We ship with DHL and FedEx. All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

DELIVERY TIME

We do our best effort to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Shipping are processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm WITA (GMT+8).

Orders placed before 12:00 am WITA (GMT+8) will be shipped the same day. While orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

DHL, TNT, and FedEx standard services are 5-7 business days delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details and an estimated delivery times.

Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delays, please check with your local customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

For all order over 100$ shipping is free

For Vietnam :

Shipping is free with no minimum order.

For majority countries:

Shipping is free for select items.
USD 20 flat rate applies for items on sale.

For far countries (under Zone 8 of DHL & FedEx Zoning):

USD 35 flat rate applies.

Normal Shipping rates apply to all sale and discounted items. See above for rates.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track your order anytime using the tracking number supplied in your Shipping Information email.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders require a signature upon receipt
Couriers are unable to redirect orders once orders have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
We are not held responsible for undelivered and/or lost package. In case of problems or delays, please contact the courier directly
We ship orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid/DDU basis which means that you will be responsible to pay the custom/import duties, taxes, and any other levies charged at destination by local custom authorities
Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred
